The rector of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya is pleased to invite you to the ceremonial opening of the 2018-2019 academic year.

The event will take place on 10 October at 12 p.m. in the Aula Magna on the Barcelona Campus (Immaculada, 22)

Programme: 

10.30 a.m.: Holy Mass in the monastery of the Order of Discalced Carmelites on Carrer de la Immaculada, 37-45.

12 p.m.: Ceremonial opening of the academic year. 
Reading of the report on the 2017-2018 academic year by the secretary-general of the University, Belén Castro.
Opening lecture by Pilar López Álvarez, general manager at Microsoft Spain.
Words by Josep Pallarès, director-general for Universities.
Opening speech for the 2018-2019 academic year by the rector of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. 

1.45 p.m.: Refreshments.
