This conference will be eminently practical, aimed at Law professionals, and will look at the employment of the Recurso de Amparo and the protection of fundamental rights by national and international judicial bodies.  During this conference we will look into the main topics of constitutional litigation and the problems derived from practice. 

The conference will be led by Dr Ramón Punset Blanco, Chair of Constitutional Law and a Lawyer for the Constitutional Court for a decade.
