The third seminar of UIC Barcelona’s series on Entrepreneurship 2021 will take place online on 28 September from 6.30 to 8 p.m., organised by Alumni & Careers and the vice-rectorate for Research, Innovation and Knowledge Transfer.

Titled "Legal issues to bear in mind when launching a start-up”, this session will provide information on the legal challenges entrepreneurs face when starting a new business project.

The key issues to bear in mind from a legal perspective when starting a company will be outlined, analysing the phases involved in growing the project from the ground up, including legal advice and insights. In addition, speakers will go over which pitfalls might lead a company to failure, and what entrepreneurs can do to help it succeed.

This next session is aimed at all members of the university community (students, alumni, and teaching, administration and service staff) who are eager to undertake a business initiative or join one that has already been launched.
