Exhibition of Final Degree Projects at National Art Museum of Catalonia
For the second consecutive year, the final degree projects by students in the UIC Barcelona School of Architecture will be on display in the Oval Room of the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya as part of the event “Rethinking Metropolitan Barcelona: Research and Design, Between the City and the River”, which will take place at 8 p.m. on Thursday, 23 July 2015. The visiting lecturer for the 2011-2015 graduating class is renowned architect Juan Navarro Baldeweg, the winner of Spain's National Architecture Award in 2014, who will read the paper, “The Limits of the City”.
The exhibition will be open in the Oval Room of the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya from Wednesday to Sunday, 22 to 26 July 2015. On Wednesday and Thursday, 22-23 July, visitors can sit in on the public evaluation sessions of final degree projects at the UIC Barcelona School of Architecture.
