Directives for the limitation of criminal responsibility in companies:  to what extent does the imputation of directives, compliance officers and legal persons take place?

Full Professor of Criminal Law at the Pompeu Fabra University and a Partner at Molins & Silva.

With an eminently practical focus, two of the professionals with the most experience in the field of compliance will analyse the mixed results of the criteria from the General State Fiscal Office of Courtroom 2 in the Supreme Court in relation to these issues.  After their talks, of around 25 minutes each, a debate will be opened between the two speakers with subsequent participation from compliance officers and legal advisors from companies who have been invited to the event.  These include:   Carlos López Agudo, Chief Compliance Officer at Caixabank, José Zamarriego, Director of the Unit for Ethical Supervision at Farmaindustria, Marta Casas, Chief Compliance Officer at Grupo Abertis, María de la Torre, Chief Compliance Officer at Grupo MASMOVIL, Maria José López, Director of the Legal Department and Compliance at Novartis España, and Maria José Villoslada, Compliance Officer at Grupo Zeta.

During the event there was also an inauguration for the Specialisation Course for Compliance Officers and Legal Business Advisors  taught jointly by Molins & Silva and UIC Barcelona.
