The third edition of the Specialisation Course for Compliance Officers and Legal Business Advisers organised by UIC Barcelona and Molins & Silva will take place within a forum of debate on Compliance and Corporate Governance that will be open to the public. This forum is supported by the Chair for Management by Missions and Corporate Government at UIC Barcelona.

4.30 - 5.30 p.m.

Practical Session 1 on how to organise a team in a compliance department at an internal level, by Juan-Jorge Gili, Novartis Group Risk Officer.

Moderator: Carlos Rey, Director of the Chair for Management by Missions and Corporate Government and Professor of Strategic Management at UIC Barcelona. 

Coffee break

6.00 - 7.00 p.m.

Practical Session 2 on the keys to deciding on a suitable legal response in the case of executives, compliance officers and legal persons to in-company crimes, given by María de la Torre, Chief Compliance Officer at Grupo MásMóvil, and also Óscar Serrano, a Prosecutor who specialises in compliance.

Moderator: José R. Agustina, Director of the Specialisation Course for Compliance Officers and Legal Business Advisers and a Lawyer-Consultant at Molins & Silva.
