Presentation of the book entitled "Ética en Dirección de Empresas" which has just been published by Dr Domènec Melé, a Professor from the Faculty of Communication Sciences at UIC Barcelona and from the IESE Business School.

The book, published by Pearson, is a study of the incorporation of ethics into business leadership. It discusses how ethics, which ensures human quality, becomes present in the leadership process. The book pays special attention to ethics in terms of decision-making, in terms of the people in the organisation, the orientation of the responsibilities of the company in terms of society and sustainability, as well as the moral competences which a good leader needs.

Dr Jaume Armengou, Vice-Rector for Academic Organisation and Teaching Staff at UIC Barcelona, ​​Dr Miquel Bastons, a Professor in the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences and Dr Carlos Rey, Director of the Chair for Management by Missions and Corporate Governance all participated in the event.
