Watch and analyse “The Kid”

Classroom B601 – Barcelona Campus

Every year the University celebrates Cultural April, a month dedicated exclusively to the promotion and dissemination of cultural and artistic activities, open to the entire university community. With the aim of bringing culture out of the classroom and into all areas of the university, the initiatives organised and led by Student Services will take place on both campuses.

So, on Tuesday 5 April, we will be holding a screening of The Kid at 5 p.m. in Classroom B601 on the Barcelona Campus, in which we will watch and then analyse the film.

We will be joined by two film experts Oscar Sueiro and Geoffrey Cowper, coordinators of the Cinema Group, who will help us discuss first film created by the great director and film genius, Charles Chaplin. The Kid, first released in 1921, is still a popular film today.

This session will give you a unique opportunity to delve into the world of cinema, guided by the insights from lecturers Sueiro and Cowper following the screening.
