The fourth edition of the Specialisation Course in Compliance and Cybercrime will get underway with a debate forum on compliance and corporate governance that is open to the public. 

Participants include two lawyers who are renowned experts in the field: Jesús-María Silva Sánchez, full professor of Criminal Law at the UPF, and Antonio del Moral, judge in Chamber 2 of the Supreme Court.

The talks and ensuing debate will focus on the charges that may be brought against compliance officers and executives in cases of corporate criminal liability, the problems this entails in terms of carrying out their professional activities and how decision-making, monitoring and control should be organised within organisations.

Seating is limited: places will be reserved by order of registration.
