In order to prepare for a successful career path, it is essential to have access to good job search tools and know how to use them in each selection process and workplace.

The UIC Barcelona Alumni & Careers department has scheduled four online sessions with expert speakers to provide you with a series of tools for successfully searching for a job.

The first session titled "The importance of self-awareness as a tool when looking for a job” is part of a series titled Tools to help you find employment and will be held online on 11 November from 3 to 4 p.m.

The event is aimed at all students studying at the University and will feature a presentation by María Mateos, personal and executive coach, currently working as an executive and leadership coach and as part of the INAE (Institute of Neurosciences Applied to Education).

This workshop will highlight the importance of self-awareness for creating job search tools. Among the subjects covered in these sessions, attendees will learn how their strengths and values influence their decisions, both at the personal and/or professional level, and how these can open up many doors.
