The Research Group in Biomaterials for Tissue Regeneration develops biomaterials and devices that are capable of stimulating the tissue regeneration process. The aim of the research is to mimic each stage of the regeneration process through the use of scaffolds, molecules and cells. To do so, the group harnesses knowledge of the biological processes that take place during the tissue regeneration process.
