The meeting was divided into two parts: the first was more of a training session and the second provided a chance for the different participating companies to exchange experiences.

In the training session, Xavier Carbonell, the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Mango, spoke about Mango's approach to corporate social responsibility and how the company applies this concept in its everyday activities.

Dr. Carlos Rey, the Director of the Department, gave a presentation on a practical case, which was followed by a workshop. The different company representatives in the Department described their experiences and new initiatives in the application of the concept of management by missions in their own companies.
