Dr Marta Trapero-Bertran takes part in the third edition of the ENSP Conference
The aim of the conference was to seek solutions to end tobacco use in Europe.
Dr Marta Trapero-Bertran recently took part in the third edition of the European Network for Smoking and Tobacco Prevention (ENSP) Conference, which was held in Madrid from 14-16 June, as a member of the Scientific Committee and to present two of her works.
The first work was called “Cost-effectiveness of alternative smoking cessation scenarios in Spain: results from the EQUIPTMOD”, while the second was entitled “Estimating costs for modelling return on investment from smoking cessation interventions”, both of which have been published in the journal Addiction, which specialises in different types of addiction.
An expert in Public Health Economics, in addition to publishing several books, over 30 of Dr Trapero’s papers have appeared in national and international journals, having a big impact within the sector.
