The ESARQ-School of Architecture, new member of the European Association for Architectural Education and the European Network of Heads of Schools of Architecture

The ESARQ-School of Architecture has been accepted as a new member of the EAAE (European Association for Architectural Education) and the ENHSA (European Network of Heads of Schools of Architecture).

Founded in 1975, the European Association for Architectural Education is a non-profit association that aims to promote the quality of architectural and design education. The association provides a forum for generating and exchanging information on aspects of architectural education and research. At present, the association's members include over 140 European and international Schools of Architecture, which represent roughly 5,000 lecturers and more than 120,000 students.

The European Network of Heads of Schools of Architecture is an initiative launched by deans and academic coordinators from 85 European Schools of Architecture in an attempt to define, structure and establish the European Higher Architectural Education Area. It seeks to contribute to the development of a quality culture in Schools of Architecture in Europe and ensure a more attractive environment for architectural education.
