The Faculty of Education bids farewell to its sixth graduating class

Fourth-year students from both bachelor’s degrees were treated to a celebration replete with advice, graduation photographs, signed yearbooks and music.

The Faculty of Education bid farewell to its sixth graduating class with a festive event held in the University’s Aula Jardí. On 22 May, the students attended a pre-graduation event in which they received their graduation photographs and “Vademestres” yearbooks signed by their classmates.

Present at the gathering was the dean of the Faculty, Esther Jiménez, who wished the students all the best in this new stage of life. Dean Jiménez then turned the floor over to the vice-dean, Salvador Vidal, who assured the students that UIC Barcelona will always be there for them, whenever they need it. In her talk, Inmaculada Ortega, the director of the Alumni Group, focused on job opportunities in the industry.

The icing on the cake was a musical performance by students Marc Crosas and Pau Borell, who put an end to the party held in the Barcelona Campus gardens just days before the graduation ceremony for students from both degree programmes.
