Anna Armengol, an Audiovisual Communication student (2019) has been selected for the University-Industry Audiovisual Pitching Event, set up by the Audiovisual Cluster of Catalonia, with the documentary medium-length film which she created as her final degree project.

The title of the documentary is “This is Bosnia, Europe’s other face”, and is a little longer than 20 minutes long. This was in fact Anna’s final degree project, and she was given the IMMA 2019 Award for best project in terms of values, awarded by the Faculty of Communication Sciences, in May.
The pitch - an oral presentation- during which Armengol will showcase her work, will take place during Audiovisual Talent Week in November. It will compete with other degree and master’s degree projects before an audience consisting of professionals from the sector, institutional audiovisual representatives from the academic field, as well as all the participating students.
On the other hand, as well as giving their pitch, each student will have the opportunity to meet authors and professionals individually, to look more carefully at projects and talk about potential agreements and joint projects.
