The aim of the seminar is to disseminate the research being performed by researchers at the Institute and to promote the exchange of experiences among lecturers who teach in English at the University. This year’s edition also featured members of the University of Barcelona’s Language Acquisition Research Group (GRAL).

The seminar’s plenary talk, entitled Learning Languages In and Out of the Classroom, was delivered by Carme Muñoz, a full professor at the University of Barcelona.

With this event, the Institute further asserts its position as a research centre in the field of foreign language learning and acquisition at UIC Barcelona.
