«It's Everybody's Campus from 8 to 8» Campaign Begins

During the week of Monday, 18 November 2013, the UIC launched the campaign «It's Everybody's Campus from 8 to 8» on its Sant Cugat campus.

The campaign had been announced by Dr. Belén Zárate at the University Council meeting in July. Its purpose is to promote one of the UIC's fundamental values: its people-centred approach. It specifically focuses on respecting and caring for the material things that improve the lives of the people who make up the university community.

“It’s Everybody’s Campus from 8 to 8” is a reminder that in the UIC's classrooms, hallways, dining room and other spaces, many different kinds of people come together, including professors, administration and services staff, students in different degree programmes and hospital personnel. The campaign raises awareness that the campus belongs to everybody and caring for the UIC means caring for all the people who are a part of it.

To kick off the campaign, large posters have been put up in different areas of the Sant Cugat and Barcelona campuses. The posters will be updated over time.
