Students in the third year
of Advertising and Public Relations participated in a session with teacher and
journalist Eladio Jareño, the coordinator of the President's Office of the
People's Party of Catalonia
and the political party's Communications Director.

Some of the subjects
discussed included election advertising, the debates that arise when defining
political messages, managing the economic crisis and the treatment of certain
topics that can be understood in more than one way.

Eladio Jareño spoke to
students about a 10-point list on professional behaviour that is also useful
for effectively looking for a job.

Jareño participated in the
organization of the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona.
He was also the head of the communication office of the Delegation of the
National Government in Catalonia,
the Director of the Spanish National Television Company (TVE) in Catalonia and the
director of Clan TV, a television channel for children.
