In addition to representatives from the Pierre Fauchard Intercontinental University, five dentistry graduates from the Mexican faculty also travelled to UIC Barcelona to spend two weeks alongside the master’s students. From 15-26 October, the students attended classes and took part in the practicums corresponding to the University Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry and the International Master’s Degree in Oral Surgery. According to the exchange students, “this experience helped enrich our learning thanks especially to the support of our colleagues and the professors we shadowed while working in the University Dental Clinic”. 

 

With this initiative, the Faculty of Dentistry once again shows its commitment to internationality and knowledge transfer, its distinctive features. The visit also served to lay the groundwork for future collaborations between the two academic institutions in both academic and research matters.
