The postgraduate
programme Credit Protection and Security Rights, which consists of 30 class
hours, aims to provide a comprehensive and practical overview of credit
protection and security rights. The course will run until Thursday, 14 June 2012, and is
divided into 20 topics in the areas of civil, commercial, judicial and tax law.

The postgraduate
programme will address matters such as the impact of recent legislative reforms
on security rights, the uniqueness of bankruptcy situations and the
transparency of the mortgage market, with a focus on the specific
characteristics of Catalan law.

The teaching staff
is made up of professors and experts with considerable professional experience
in the field.
