Professor Carmen Mendoza represents UIC Barcelona at an international conference of schools of architecture
Carmen Mendoza, deputy director of International Relations at UIC Barcelona School of Architecture, represented our university at an international meeting of Euro-Mediterranean architecture and urban planning schools on 23 May
Some twenty universities from different European countries participated in the event, held by the intergovernmental organisation the Union for the Mediterranean. Carmen Mendoza, also director of the Master's Degree in International Cooperation, attended as a representative of UIC Barcelona School of Architecture.
The event, which took place at the Palau Reial in Barcelona, was attended by representatives of UNESCO and the European Commission of experts in research and innovation, and European projects related to architecture and urban planning.
The Union for the Mediterranean is a Euro-Mediterranean intergovernmental institution that brings together all the countries of the European Union and fifteen countries in the south and east of the Mediterranean.
