Itziar Lopez has been called up for the Spanish national women's volleyball team to start the job of preparing for the qualifying tournaments for the next European Championship. This is the first call for the full selection for our first year Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences student, after competing in lower categories.

Lopez and the rest of the women's team have returned to face-to-face training led by national coach Pascual Saurín, after being forced to stop the previous year due to the pandemic.

The next major events in Itziar’s diary are the European Championship and the Golden European League, both scheduled to take place this summer.
