As in past editions, the course was carried out with the help of the pharmaceutical company Janssen, Hospital del Mar and Hospital Sant Joan de Déu. This time, the course was attended by a multidisciplinary group of 25 health professionals with significant experience in the field of mental health. These included psychiatrists, psychologists and nurses specialising in this field.

The objective of this course, which is divided into three modules, is to help attendees enhance their knowledge and competences in the basic aspects of managing mental health organisations in today’s context. To that end, the programme features nationally and internationally renowned lecturers, who discuss issues such as strategic planning, communication, team management and the financial side of management.
