UIC 2011 Teaching Performance Assessment Commission Ends
The last meeting of the UIC Teaching Performance Assessment Commission (CADU) was held this week with the aim of issuing the final reports on the Third Call for Teaching Performance Assessment corresponding to 2011. The CADU assesses teaching performance at the UIC by following the guidelines of the Docentia Manual.
This
call involved assessing the teaching performance of 45 professors from nearly
all UIC departments. A total of 107 UIC professors have been subject to
assessments over the course of the three calls, and in general the results have
been very satisfactory.
From
next week, the individual assessment reports will be sent to each of the
professors and afterwards to the people in charge of their respective degree
programmes.
The
rest of the university community will be provided with a general overview of
the results in due course.
