The meeting will be held online and will be free of charge. Over the three days, the latest social and economic changes will be reflected on, with special emphasis on the changes experienced in the working environment and their impact on young people. Among other aspects, topics will be addressed related to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, globalisation, cultural transformation and the role of women in the world of work. The event will feature hands-on workshops for final year students, online talks by senior business leaders and master classes aimed at human resources leaders.

“This Forum, through interesting workshops and inspiring talks, offers an opportunity for our students and former students to prepare better, in terms of tools and resources, to deal with the current professional landscape. It is a much more volatile and uncertain picture that requires professional reinvention and rapid adaptation to changes,” says Frederic Van Dyck, director of Alumni & Careers and Corporate Development

Participating speakers include Patricia Lajara, Head of Human Resources for Ralph Lauren Europe, Middle East and Africa; Javier Sánchez, former Global VP Marketing at Coca-Cola; Juan Torroba, CEO of BeWanted; Claudia Márquez, president of Hyundai Motor Mexico and Lorena Ponce de Leon, first lady of Uruguay.

All interested parties will be able to attend the meeting by registering in advance on the official website
