Jovell Institute of Public Health and Patients and the coordinator of the UIC Barcelona's activities in the cluster. In this initial contact, the areas of shared interest were identified and the groundwork was laid for developing projects related to the design of Education Park, i.e. the cluster's work site, as well as training and research projects.

The directors of the School of Architecture said, “Forming part of the Punta del Este Cluster is a great opportunity to share the UIC Barcelona School of Architecture's methodology and experience on current topics related to the city and landscape, as well as construction techniques for sustainable building. Being a member of this university and business network is in line with our internationalization strategy, which aims to explore new areas and opportunities for exchange for our teachers and students.”
