A world leader in implant, restorative and regenerative dentistry, Straumann has worked with UIC Barcelona on various clinical studies in the University Dental Clinic on the Sant Cugat Healthcare Campus, as well as on the publication of results. Both institutions have also jointly organised various symposiums on implant updates.  

UIC Barcelona and Straumann set up the “Simpler and Better Tooth Rehabilitation” Sponsored Classroom with the aim of strengthening and adding continuity to their cooperation.  The main aim of the activities organised as part of this Sponsored Classroom is to boost disclosure activities and continuous professional development for dentists in the field of dental implants. 

Sebastián Montero, the General Director of Straumann Iberia, and the rector of UIC Barcelona, Dr Xavier Gil, were both present for the signature of the constitution of the new Sponsored Classroom.
