Vice-Rector of UIC Barcelona and lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Belén Zárate, alongside her colleague and lecturer from the same Faculty, María Fernández Arrojo, have taken part in the conference “Understanding Cultures, Understanding People: Forgiveness”, which took place in Jerusalem as part of the Holy Land Dialogues 2020.

The round table discussions organised for this year’s edition of the conference addressed the concept of forgiveness as a facilitator of social cohesion, having heard accounts of people from different religions.

The conference was organised by the Social Trend Institute with a view to encouraging inter-religious and cultural dialogue.
