In the course of the two sessions, students were familiarized with the workings of an insurance company and the different types of insurance that exist. Students were also offered work and trainee opportunities.

More than twenty students attended the sessions, the majority of whom run their own company or business. The insurance company’s visit allowed students to become aware of their civil liability as business people and the different types of insurance they can take out to cover against damage to property and accidents.
