How do you do a good market research?
Do you know the new trends in the job market?
Are you exploring the correct search channels?
Do you know what a hidden market is?
The job research process requires a great deal of effort and personal dedication, as well as good planning and organisation. Using all research channels will help you detect new job opportunities.
One of the most effective ways to find jobs is through contacts, but do you know how to manage them?
More than 80% of job offers are not published and are offered through networking. Training how to make yourself known in the sector, establishing contacts and promoting the exchange of information can open many doors in the job research process.
Networking will allow us to create a network of contacts and make our personal brand known.
In addition to your contact network, discover and explore the different channels, tools and resources the job market offers to approach businesses and find career opportunities.
The session will be led by Ivo Gúell, academic collaborator and mentor in the ESADE Mentoring Programme, trainer and coach at Barcelona Activa of in-company managerial skills and competencies in companies and institutions such as the Department of Economy and Knowledge of the Generalitat de Catalunya, among others.
If you want to know how to correctly approach the job market, learn how to use the different tools and channels effectively, sign up for the workshop and find out how to expand your job opportunities!
