• Having a teaching staff with the correct number of active researchers (through projects or chairs)
• Encouraging academic staff to have the qualifications required of their academic level
• Taking the necessary measures so that academic staff can get six-year terms

• Implementing the Internal Quality Assurance System in PhD theses
