On Thursday 19 September, the new Bolvir-Cerdanya centre of the Experience Campus of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya will open its doors to welcome all those students over 50 years of age of La Cerdanya. 

• The Presentation Day will take place on 19 September from 4.00 to 5.30 p.m. in the conference room of the Bolvir Town Hall, on Carrer de la Font, number 2. The event is open to anyone who is interested. 
• Introductory module of two months duration which will begin on 10 October in the conference room of the Bolvir Town Hall. 
• First course dates: from 28 November to 9 June 2025. 
• Classes and other activities will be every Thursday, from 3.30 to 6.00 p.m. 
• Subjects will be offered in history, art, philosophy, literature, science, technology, law, economics, sociology, psychology etc., allowing us to deepen our knowledge of today’s culture, science and society.

• 4.00 p.m.: Reception of attendees. 
• 4.15 p.m.: Welcome remarks by Mr Àngel Maurell, councillor for Finance and Education of Bolvir. 
• 4.20 p.m.: Presentation of the new centre of the UIC Barcelona Experience Campus in Bolvir and La Cerdanya. 
  Dr Jordi Miralbell, Campus Director. 
• 4.35 p.m.: “Education is a treasure (at any age).” 
  Dr Salvador Vidal, academic coordinator of the Campus.
• 4.55 p.m.: Round table by students from the UIC Barcelona Experience Campus and other centres of the Campus. 
• 5.15 p.m.: Closing remarks Mr Isidre Chia, mayor of Bolvir and president of the Regional Council of La Cerdanya. 
• 5.25 p.m.: Refreshments and end of event.
