ADE lecturers participate in the EURAM Conference held at Trinity Business School (Dublin) and EurOMA at KU Leuven (Belgium)

Marta Mas, Frédéric Marimon and Anna Akhmedova presented an article on customer loyalty of online food delivery platforms at the European Academy of Management (EURAM)

The dean of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences, Marta Mas, and lecturers Anna Akhmedova and Frédéric Marimon presented an article on how home food delivery platforms retain their customers. 

The paper concludes that the degree of engagement impacts customer loyalty. The article identifies three engagement dimensions: brand awareness, sense of belonging and client behaviour.

Natalia Amat, Marta Mas and Frédéric Marimon also participated in the EurOMA Conference in Leuven (Belgium), presenting another article on how to retain users on digital home sharing platforms. The article is a study of the quality records of this type of services, and how quality impacts customer loyalty.
