The event took place in the Val d'Aran and combined scientific sessions with a range of winter sports activities.

The central theme of the sessions was a debate on the management of maxillo-mandibular atrophy and treatment with aesthetic veneers.

At the end of the conference, which was sponsored by Straumann, various prizes were awarded for the best presentations given by the students over the course of the two days.
