Regarding the company, Baeza showed current data on the company in terms of gender parity, internal mobility or external economic contribution. According to the Mapfre’s vice president, abroad, the insurance sector accounts for 7% of global GDP, a significant contribution to social and economic development.

Moreover, given the emergence of artificial intelligence and other technological tools, Mapfre has invested 925 million euros in technology in the current year. “We have more than 120 cases of advanced analytics in the use. AI is moving at an exponential rate, and our challenge as a society is to assimilate this growth,” Baeza said.
