Student Carlota Friguls, award for the Best University Curriculum presented by the Catalan Society of Economists
Carlota Friguls, fourth-year student in the Business Administration (ADE) bachelor’s degree programme, has received the Award for the Best University Curriculum, given by the College of Economists of Catalonia. Friguls received the award on 9 November at the Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza, accompanied by Marta Mas and David Tanganelli, dean and vice dean of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences.
The jury of the Catalan Society of Economists Award of Recognition awarded Carlota Friguls, ADE student at UIC Barcelona, the prize for the Best University Curriculum.
The Catalan Society of Economists presented the annual awards as part of its 45th anniversary, in an event held at the Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza. Some 400 people attended, which included, among other authorities, Artur Mas, former president of the Generalitat de Catalunya and Natàlia Mas, current Minister of Economy and Finance of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
In addition to this recognition by the jury and the entire Governing Board of the Catalan Society of Economists, the award comes with three years of free tuition for Carlota Friguls.
During the awards ceremony, the Catalan Society of Economists presented other awards in different categories, such as the Distinguished Member, Member of Honour, Business Economist, Institutional Economist and Professional Firm.
