Two Head Teachers from Parish Schools in Tarragona Archdiocese Share Experiences with Preschool Education Students

Head teachers Francisco Ortiz, from Fundación San Fructuoso, and Pablo Muñoz, from Colegio San Pablo Apóstol in Tarragona, spoke to second-year students in the Bachelor's Degree Programme in Preschool Education. The lecture was part of the subject Education III: Human Resources, Space and Time Management.

The speakers talked about the success of their schools and gave tips for being a good leader. During the lecture, they discussed how their schools implemented strategic action and internal operation procedures that aimed for excellence and satisfaction while fulfilling their humanist vision, a distinctive characteristic of the parish schools in the Archdiocese of Tarragona.
