The Career Forum is a day that seeks to promote networking with the main companies in the national market. Students of Law and Economic and Social Sciences met human resources professionals in person in the stands prepared for this occasion and were able to discuss the possible external work placement offers and junior profiles.

Students also had the opportunity to spend some time with former UIC Barcelona students who were representing the companies attending the Forum. Former UIC Barcelona student representing Crowe Spain, an internationally recognised global professional services firm specialising in auditing and consulting, Xavier López Soriano explained, “We want to look for that young talented student who, as a former UIC Barcelona student, I am so proud to recruit.”

Throughout the morning, Passeig de la Fontana on the Barcelona Campus was lined with the company, firm and multinational corporation stands, some of which had attended the Forum on more than one occasion. Sandra Grau on behalf of Apartool, a corporate accommodation rental company explained, “We are very happy to be here again this year and we are looking for Business Management (ADE) and Engineering students who want to become part of a growing international project, who are eager to learn and contribute. Our doors are always open to new students. We have a lot of faith in the young talent at this University and we want to give them opportunities.”
