  • 31-07-2003

    Conversion to a Private Foundation, by a deed authorised by the Barcelona notary Luís Sampietro Villacampa, under number 2646 of his records. Subject to Law 5/2001 on Private Foundations.

    Resolution by the Ministry of Justice and the Interior of the Government of Catalonia, approving the amendment of statutes and registration on the Foundations Register.

    DOGC No. 7350, GOV AGREEMENT/46/2017 of 11 April, approving the amendment to the Organisation and Running Statutes and Guidelines of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya and its revised text.

    Public record of the modification and new version of the Statutes and Rules of Organisation and Operation, a change made to ensure it was more adapted to the new reality in the University. It was authorised by Barcelona notary Mr Luís Sampietro Villacampa, and listed under number 1.670 of the protocol. Previous text repealed.

    Resolution of the General Directorate for Law and Legal Entities, in the Department of Justice in the Generalitat of Catalonia approving the adaptation of statutes and registered in the Foundations Registry. Articles 5,8,12,19,21 and 23 have been modified; the content of article 28 has been deleted, the articles have been renumbered, and the blended text has been approved by adding the content of articles 18, 19 and 21.
